At this point, the service is not yet at a stage where everyone can create their own profile, and it is for personal use only. But I originally planned it with the hope that everyone would eventually have this kind of interface for exchanging opinions. I have thought a lot about what kind of momentum could reshape a public sphere so that democracy can recover, and I think filling the breakdown in communication is the most efficient way. In particular, as LLMs get better at distorting information, I think they could greatly reduce the time we spend on repetitive communication. It would be really nice if we could more easily notice gaps in our own reasoning and understand other people's thoughts more deeply.
